Freestyle Gymnastics is the term used by British Gymnastics to describe a new and rapidly developing sport that incorporates aspects of other popular activities such as Parkour, Free Running, and Urban Gymnastics
Sutton school of gymnastics is one of the first clubs in the country to have three coaches qualified at level 3 freestyle gymnastics.

Our Freestyle sessions, provide the opportunity for participants to come and learn or practice skills from any gymnastics discipline in a safe and friendly environment, with the focus on acrobatics and vault work.
The emphasis is on freedom and individuality with regards to the skills that each participant learns and achieves. Coaches are on hand to provide advice throughout the session. The class includes a structured warm up and cool down. All freestylers MUST help with the clearing of equipment at the end of the session.

These sessions allow teenage children ( age at the discretion of the head coach) and adults the opportunity to try this fast growing branch of gymnastics. The sessions are available to everyone and can either be booked quarterly or paid for as a drop in session.
