Welfare Team

If there is an incident or concern and you think a child is in immediate danger of abuse or at risk of significant harm or are in need of protection, call the Police on 999 and/or your local Social Services.

Reliable Team Of Welfare Officers

Sutton School of Gymnastics has appointed a team of Welfare Officers in accordance with the Club’s Child Protection Policy. Our team of Welfare Officers is lead by Mrs Lisa Walden who is independent from the club and is available to speak to via the phone number/email below . 
In case of an emergency regarding child welfare, you can contact one of our Welfare Officers on 07762851170, or via welfare@suttonschoolofgymmastics.co.uk.

All our Welfare Officers have Enhanced CRB Disclosures and hold the following British Gymnastics associated certificates, Child Protection Awareness Training and Time to Listen. Please only contact the welfare officers for child welfare incidents, all other matters should be discussed with the Head Coach or Office Manager.

British Gymnastics also has an Integrity Unit which looks after all aspects of ethical behaviour and safe sport including safeguarding, data protection, standards of conduct, health and safety, equality and disciplinary matters across the whole gymnastics community.
